The principle business undertakings of Ontario Home Health are the sales and service of medical equipment and supplies, and the provision of home respiratory services. Our company collects only personal information required to provide professional and competent services to our clients.
In providing our company with personal information, you, as the client, are providing express consent for its use in the delivery of the services we provide. In turn, we commit to protect the confidentiality of your information.
When it becomes necessary to share your private information with a third party in the course of providing services to you, your specific consent will be sought. Additionally, Ontario Home Health only contracts services from companies and agencies that adhere to the principles of the PIPEDA.

Our company has appointed a Privacy Officer to ensure compliance with this important legislation. This individual is responsible for the implementation of, and for auditing all relevant company practices related to personal privacy. They are also responsible for investigating and resolving all privacy-related complaints.
